Microcapsue for NCR paper
Microcapsule MC-40 is consist of particles which are round-type and able to provide the variable functions according to properties of cell wall prepared with the capsule and capsule nner materials. MC-40 is usually used to pressure sensitive paper. Its color developing mechanism can be explained that en-capsuled dyes can be emitted when the wall of capsule is broken by receiving the proper pressure.
Characteristic
MC-40 is a chemica for information industry paper that can do multicopies, colored by reaction with color deveoper(Zink salixylate etc), coated the coated front paper(CF), MC-40 is coated in the coated back paper(CB) when NCR paper is produced. Its principle is to use the property being emitted dyes in capsule and was broken by receiving the regular prossure. MC-40 can make NCR paper of the decreased SMUDGE and improved optical density
Precaution on handling Storage
Dilution : Input and mix MC-40 emulsion in CB paper coating paper.
Input place : Input in the mixing dispersion vessel, use mixing with other several chemicals when chemicals compound.
Input quantity : Usually use 12~20pears in CB paper coating color.
Storage : MC-40 should keep store below 40C, especially take precautions for freezing during wintertime. If it s frozen, please thaw slowly before use. MC-40 has no classification and restriction by combustibes ship transport and storage rules. please refer to the MSDS for other safety conditions.
