Perfume microcapsule pigment

Using the technique of microcapsule to enclose the fragrance essence oil and them release smell in an open space produes perfume microcapsule pigment.

The lifetime fo the smell can prolong as long as half a year. The alternative way of producing smeall is to break icrocapsule to release its smell by stress.

* The particle size of perfume microcapsule slurry is around 1~6um, the highest temperature of heat endurance is 140C. It has the good properties to resist solvents and dispersed into them.

If it existed under much higher temperature, the microcaple would not be destroyed but the essence oil in the capsule will be lost.

*The particle size of perfume microcapsule powder is around 1~10um, the genaral temperature of heat endurance is 180C. It also has a good ability to resist organic solvent and performs good dispersion property. It pigment existed at higher temperature up to 240C, the microcapsule would not be destroyed but the essence oil will be lost.

* Perfume microcapsule master batrch containing 12%20% microcapsule, can apply to LDPE, PP injection and extrusion , which make the release of smell longer and slower.

Paint : for surface coating on plastic, ABS, PE, PP, PS, PVC, PVA and other substrates.

Inks : Silk screen ink, Gravure ink, Flexographic printing and substrates, Fabrics, paper, synthetic film, glass, ceramics and wood.

Plastic : Plastic concentrates for molding with ABS, PE, PP, PS, PVC, PVA, Polyester, Nylon

NOTE

* Proper PH valuse of selected subsrate for thermochromic material is 5~7.

* Thermochromic material doesn't contain toxic substrate harmful to human body and then comply with the requirements of the specification of safe toys and food packing

* Solvent recommend : Hexanone, Toluene and so on.

   Solvent not recommend : Ethanol and methanol.
