NOTE * Proper PH valuse of selected subsrate for thermochromic material is 5~7. * Thermochromic material doesn't contain toxic substrate harmful to human body and then comply with the requirements of the specification of safe toys and food packing * Solvent recommend : Hexanone, Toluene and so on. Solvent not recommend : Ethanol and methanol. * Fatigue of photochromic materials is caused by the total amount of UV exposure, acid, radicals(singlet oxygen), and moisture, it is genarally suggested that the photochromic dye can mix with UV absorber and anti-oxidant to increase ability to resist fatigue. *Additives such as HALS, anti-oxidant, thermal stabilizers UB absorbers and quenchers may be used to improve the fatigue of photochromic material. The combination and selection of such additives is totally dependent on the medium and is usually exclusive to each. The wrong combination can increase the fatigue rate.
