Thermochromic pigment

The temperature internal is available of -3 ~ +65C, dependiing on specific demend. For different demands of the application, products could be prepared for different temperature intervals.Generally, the produced temperatured color changing intervals are from 2C to 10C. The density of color can be set thus it will decrease gradually from low to high temperature until transparence or its background color.

* The particle dimension of thermochromic powder is around 1~10um, the highest temperature of heat endurance is 280C. It has the good properties to resist solvents and dispersed into them.

* Slurry of thermochromic product is water dispersion containing microcapsule.
The solid content of the slurry is around 48%. the slurry may apply for depending on the color density of different color material could use in plastic production.

* Thermochromic material should be kept in a dry place, under room temperature and ina place where not exposed to light(UV). The storage time of thermochromic powder and masterbatch is not more than 2years.

Application in available fields
Paint : for surface coating on plastic, ABS, PE, PP, PS, PVC, PVA and other substrates.
Inks : Silk screen ink, Gravure ink, Flexographic printing and substrates, Fabrics, paper, synthetic film, glass, ceramics and wood.
Plastic : Plastic concentrates for molding with ABS, PE, PP, PS, PVC, PVA, Polyester, Nylon

NOTE
* Proper PH valuse of selected subsrate for thermochromic material is 5~7.
* Thermochromic material doesn't contain toxic substrate harmful to human body and then comply with the requirements of the specification of safe toys and food packing
* Solvent recommend : Hexanone, Toluene and so on.
  Solvent not recommend : Ethanol and methanol.
