NTGUARD WR-350

ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY PRODUCT (APEO FREE)

DESCRIPTION

NTGUARD WR?350 doesn’t contain APEO (ALKYL PHENOL ETHYLENE OXIDE) inducing endocrine disrupting chemicals. It doesn’t have inflammability, volatility. It is an environment?friendly FLOURO CARBONE BASE Water/Oil Repellent and Resistance

NTGUARD WR-350 is high performance grade of W/R O/R S/R FINISH AGENT, it can be used under low temperature(around 150C). But, as temp is going up, it is to be more effective to performance. NTGUARD WR?350 can be used for FABRICS, Non Woven Fabric, PAPER, and SYNTHETIC LEATHER, and so on.

NTGUARD WR-350 is especially effective to Polyester, Nylon, Cotton, Acryl, N/C, C/N, T/C, P/NP and Spandex fabrics.The treated effect is continued after dry cleaning or washing.

• NTGUARD WR-350 can be applied to low?temp(130~140C) curable finish.

• NTGUARD WR-350 is suitable water repellent agent for Polyester, Nylon, Cotton,

  Acryl, P/C, P/NP, C/N and N/C by usage of small quantity.

• NTGUARD WR-350 has a good compatibility with other auxiliaries because of slightly

  cationic nature.

• NTGUARD WR-350 maintains stable emulsion by good physical stability to mechanical

  condition as high temperature, high pressure and high speed etc.

• NTGUARD WR-350 also has wide pH stable range but weak acid helpful for absorbance.

• NTGUARD WR-350 has not trouble caused by Gum?up, separation, break of emulsion.

• NTGUARD WR-350 is also applied to soil releasing and oil repellent agent of paper.

APPLICATION – Paper Coating

• NTGUARD WR-350 can use within Coating Color, and Dosage is different by demanded degree of Water/Oil Repellent

  or resistance. Normally we recommend using around 3% on Dry.

  If use a lot dosage, it can be shown some trouble with Latex or other Anionic Material.

  Injection must be doing during stirring.

• Also can use direct Coating on surface for getting high performance of Water/Oil Repellent or 

  resistance. Normally we recommend using around below 3% solution by water, also it can 

  changeable by Demanded degree.

APPLICATION – Fabric Treatment

• NTGUARD WR?350 can be diluted with water and treating process is

Padding

Spray   -->   Dry   -->   Cure

Foam spread

? Adjust of bath(In the case of mixing with penetrating agent, resin and other finishing agent)

1) Put water in bath by 50% of total solution.

2) Agitate enough after put other chemicals according to maker?s recommendation.

3) Add WR-350 to prepared bath and agitate slowly.

OTHERS

• Avoid from mixing with anionic auxiliaries.

• Fixing agent of reactive dyes can be influenced to water repellency.

• Best repellency effect is needed proper repellent agent and catalyst.

• Treatment with antistatic agent is needed careful consideration.

• Remove floating matters in bath or some over?flow is better.

• When bath color is changed by dyes come out from fabric, bath cleaning is needed.

• Small size and auto?feeding bath is reasonable for W/R finish because it is effective to

 prevent ending or tailing.

STORAGE AND HANDLING>

• Store in ?5? ~ 30?. Avoid from direct fire and light.

• Close a cover fastens after using

• Low toxic but prohibit contact with the skin, eyes, inhalation and swallowing.

2)Solvent based water repellent

SS-9521N
This product is polyurethane type water repellent agent for artificial leather and textile.

DOSAGE
1. For synthetic and artificial leather : 0.2 ~ 0.5 parts
2. For direct coating : 0.7 ~ 1.0 parts
 

CHARACTERISTICS
1. Excellent water repellent.
2. Improve hydrolysis resistance.
 

CAUTION
1. Keep away from sparks, flame and ignition sources.
2. Be sure to store at the room temperature.
